FYI::: before you come to the house you have to
go to come through the main gate which is 19228 Pine mountain lake and
pick up your gate card and pay the fee. Upon arrival you will have to
pay a $44.00 gate fee to the HOA association. This fee is charged by the
Home Owners Association and is not inclusive in our fees.
