Escape to a beautiful modern home with a rustic cabin feel in Pine Mountain Lake, Sierra's premier planned community. Just 25 miles from the North Gate of Yosemite National Park, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers space and comfort for your entire group.

Upon entering the house, you'll step into the Great Room, complete with stainless steel appliances and stunning granite countertops. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, where you can cozy up to the propane fireplace and watch TV.

Adjacent to the Great Room are three bedrooms and two baths. The first bedroom sleeps three, with a double and single bed. The second bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and a conveniently located bathroom. The third bedroom is one of the two master suites, featuring an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and a luxurious Jacuzzi tub.

The downstairs level is perfect for entertainment, with a game room equipped with Foosball and Air Hockey tables, comfortable furniture, and another TV. Laundry facilities are located in a large closet adjacent to the game room. The second main bedroom suite is also downstairs, offering a queen-sized bed, a day bed, and a third bathroom.

Take in the scenic beauty of the surrounding wildlife from the Trex-style deck that wraps around two sides of the house, complete with patio furniture and a gas BBQ.

Pine Mountain Lake implements a weekly guest user fee of $50.00 for each automobile accessing the facility. This fee is collected at the point of entry and can be settled using either a Credit Card or Cash as a payment method.

Each booking is limited to four automobiles due to parking space. Pine Mountain Lake offers no street parking.
